The painting tool

In this lesson occasion, I had the privilege to observe how a teacher, in a fantastic way used the blackboard as their tool throughout the lesson. Not once I understood that she spoke into the painting, though she spoke as she wrote. Without, the experience was that she spoke to the students.

  3. Yes, it's a true skill to be able to use the blackboard in an interresting way to keep the students attention. The advantage is that it's a very alive tool which is constantly developing in interaction with the students.

  4. Teaching is about getting in touch with those who listen, and listen to them yourself. TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION
Teaching with a change of pace, use both the board, talk, listen and see all the individuals in the teaching room.

  6. Hi Kerstin, I think it is important to "get to know" what it is for different students that I teach. To see exactly what each student or group of students will need learning method to learn. I need the courage to try different methods and tools for learning while I'm going to keep myself updated on what is current in that particular subject that I teach and what is happening in the labor market in the relevant professional field. Dare to ask colleagues attend the lesson to give feed back on how I act in the classroom. I also think it is important to communicate it to the students.
