Classroom space

This is the classroom from the student's perspective! We are lucky to be using a very new room which has all the technology required for an interactive and connected discussions, video clips and computer presentations. We will present a topic and then give students the opportunity to discuss in groups, share their thoughts and learning.

Process care

My first planned and implemented lesson about caring process. Provide students with knowledge of the application of the individual decisions from assistance officer and finally implementation that includes social documentation.The goal of the lesson was to prepare students for their work-based training component.

The corridor

On the first floor of the school you will find these corridors with the cupboards or locker rooms where the students keep their books. It looks the same on each floor.

I'm exited about teaching health and pedagogics since these subjects are crucial in the society of today. It's important that the students learn how to take care of their own health in all aspects; physically, psychologically, emotionally and mentally, in order to be able to take good care of other people.

Many young people feel bad psychologically because of high pressure in school, too many choices to make, the stress of the media, unemployment, bad self confidence etc.

I believe it's important for the students to build up their self confidence which will make them stronger and more balanced. The teachers need to create good relations with the students, be present and empathetic with each student.

Practical examination

Here the students are having a practical examination where they learn how to clean a "patient" and to change the sheets of the bed. (Of course it's a dummy in the photo).
