This is picturers from one day with the pupils who started their education in aug-14. My school doesnt have any speciell room to have education "hands on". This day I was just showing them what they can see and maybe try with their handlers at the eldery home. I am a teacher at a school who has the concept apprentice pupil, they are out in the real world at least 50% of the time during their education. The education is 3 years and when they are graduating so can they work as a assistans nurse.

ReplyDeleteThat´s a good way to start, when the pupils can try and touch the "real thing" so earley in their education! I also belive in spending more time out in the field, also for the teachers - so that we wount loose our competense

ReplyDeleteYes I have been at this school nearly one year and for the most part its working. The students need very good and kvualified personal and I think that next semester its going too be even better. We are more close too the ward that the student its having their daily basis training. Buildning relations whit the staff its very important, they know us teachers and we know them. Win Win situation
